The Worlds Most Expensive Meeting?

As I was sitting in a meeting today, looking at all the senior staff and managers in there, I was wondering what was the worlds most expensive meeting ever?  I have no clue of course, probably Bill Gates at a board meeting or Donald Trump or something like that.  I wonder how much money could be saved by companies simply by reducing the time of a meeting by 10 minutes?  Just some random thoughts....
